Welcome to Notasenravia. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of legal services for seniors provided by Notasenravia at notasenravia.com (“Website”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms effective as of 2025.

Notasenravia offers personalized legal assistance, including consultations, document preparation, representation in proceedings, and related advisory services for individuals aged 60 and above.

1.2 Informational Products

We offer digital guides, webinars, and e-learning materials tailored to seniors on various legal topics. Access to these materials is provided electronically.

1.3 Goods

Notasenravia may offer physical goods, such as printed guides, forms, or related materials shipped to your address.

2. Engagement and Fees

All service engagements require completion of a request via our contact form and payment of applicable fees before scheduling. Fees are payable in advance using accepted methods, as described during the request process. The current Business ID is 775241211.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients will be offered available dates and times for scheduled services. If you need to reschedule a session for legal services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form or by calling +14166891252. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative scheduling within 30 days of the original appointment.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Services

If you cancel a scheduled legal consultation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, we will reimburse you the full fee paid, processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource allocation and time reserved for your matter.

4.2 Informational Products

Requests for refunds of digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are available only if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Upon approval, we will reimburse you using the original payment method within 7 business days.

4.3 Goods

If physical goods arrive damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Unused items in original condition may be shipped back within 30 days using the shipping instructions provided by our team. After inspection and approval, we will issue a reimbursement or exchange at no additional charge. Reimbursements are processed within 14 business days of receipt of shipped-back items. Shipping costs for approved send-backs will be covered by Notasenravia.

Certain legal document preparation services involve non-refundable deposits to cover administrative costs and resource commitment. These deposits will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

5. Modifications to Terms

Notasenravia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting at notasenravia.com. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
